Delays & Issues

  • Delays: If your order cannot be shipped within 7 days due to public holidays or presale items, we will notify you via email/SMS with the delay reason and updated shipping timeline.Contact costumer service to request a $5 voucher or full refund.
  •  Damage/Loss: Submit photo evidence within 48 hours of receipt for free reshipment or refund.
  • Customs: International recipients may incur duties/taxes (declared value as actual order amount)
